Public Interest & Pro Bono Pre-Orientation Program

  Monday, August 11 - Wednesday, August 13, 2014
  All newly admitted students interested in the program are required to attend all three days of the program. None of it will conflict with the regularly scheduled orientation.
    Days 1 & 2 : Visits are being planned to DC Superior Court to meet judges and watch trials, the Office of Administrative Hearing to meet with Administrative Law Judges (ALJs), and correctional facilities (juvenile and adult). Each day will conclude with a group discussion. Deans, professors, staff attorneys and upper-level students will serve as guides and small group leaders.

Day 3: A community service project and reception are being planned.
